Phil is a twenty-six year native of Hartford, NY with almost a decade of experience presenting as our 16th President. Phil has played leading roles in many local theatre productions and enjoys portraying Lincoln for almost any occassion.

Currently, Mr. Jessen serves as the Director for the Glens Falls Association for the Blind, a position he has held for over twenty years. He has a wife, two children, and a declining number of exotic animals. He has served on the Hartford Central School Board as both president and member, and is active in the local Lions and Runners Clubs. Among a multitude of additional activites, Phil enjoys long distance running, playing the drums, and singing to his heart's content.
