Who is Phil Jessen?

Phil Jessen, a thirty year resident of Hartford, New York, has over sixteen years of experience portraying our Sixteenth President. He also appears in local Murder-Mysteries and Comedy and Historical Productions. He especially delights in Lincoln Presentations for almost any occassion.
